The Grange is an spacious event hall for many kinds of events: weddings and receptions, banquets, meetings, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, fundraisers, memorials & other special occasions.

SINGLE DAY EVENT:
All Day – 9 AM to Midnight $1200
Fri or Sat – (min. 4 hours) 9 AM to Midnight $85/hr
Sunday (min. 4 hours) $75/hr
CASUAL WEEKDAYS 9 AM TO 10 PM:
Monday thru Thursday (min 4 hours) $60/hr
LONG TERM:
Minimum 3 month agreement
Sunday –Thursday $40/hr
KITCHEN / PROJECTION USE:
Kitchen: MINIMUM CHARGE $50 (Coffee & finger foods served)
Kitchen: FULL USE $100 (Use of any appliances or food preparation)
Video projection system use $100
DEPOSIT: security and date hold deposit are due when the hall is booked:
$700 for events when alcohol is served
$500 for events when no alcohol served
$100 Projection system remote deposit fee
$75 nonrefundable cleaning fee / Renter returns tables & chairs to storage
INSURANCE: Provided by Renter – Required Minimum General Liability Coverage:
Smaller Groups – $500,000 per occurrence/$1,000,000 aggregate
Larger Groups – $1,000,000/$2,000,000 aggregate
Rental includes use of tables, chairs and the backyard area. Tables and chairs cannot be used outdoors.
If the event goes beyond scheduled hours, appropriate overtime will be billed according to applicable rates. The overtime rate shall be billed 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.
If alcohol IS SOLD during the event, a permit from Alcohol Beverage Control is required and shall be posted during the event. No beer kegs allowed inside the hall.
When alcohol is served to more than 100-149 guests, a minimum of one security guard is required; when more than 150 guests than two (2) security guards are required. The guard is to be on duty during the time alcohol is first served and until hall clean up is done. Absolutely no alcohol is to be consumed in the front of the Grange Hall.
All live band music must be approved in advance. No overflow parking is allowed at the Church next to the Grange unless approved in advance. Violator’s vehicle may be towed at owner’s expense.
