LONG TERM RENTAL –Min 3 months:

MEMORIAL/CELEBRATION OF LIFE EVENT | MONDAY – THURSDAY ONLY
Rental rate is $300 for six hours. Use of the video projection is available for an additional fee. A deposit is requirement when alcohol is being served
INSURANCE: To be provided by Renter-$1,000,000/Occurrence & $2,000,000 Aggregate Commercial General Liability.
Rental Rate includes use of tables, chairs and the backyard area. Tables and chairs cannot be used outdoors.
If the event goes 30 minutes beyond scheduled hours, appropriate overtime will be billed according to applicable rates. The overtime rate shall be billed 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.
When alcohol is sold during the event, a permit from Alcohol Beverage Control is required and shall be posted during the event. No beer kegs are allowed inside the hall.
All live band music must be approved in advance.
WHEN ALCOHOL IS SERVED:
100-149 guests, a minimum of one (1) security guard is required.
150+ guests, two (2) security guards are required.
Security guard is to remain on-duty from the time alcohol is first served and until hall and outside surrounding property clean up is done. Absolutely no alcohol is to be consumed in the front of the Grange Hall.
