Garden overflowing with too many delicious tomatoes to eat at dinner? Learn how to can them from a UCCE Master Food Preserver.
There will be an overview and demonstration of two tomato canning processes. One is the Water Bath Method and the other is a Steam Canning Method. Attendees will be given delicious recipes for making salsa.
