The Grange is an spacious event hall for many kinds of events: weddings and receptions, banquets, meetings, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, fundraisers, memorials & other special occasions.

Insurance: Minimum liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 Aggregate Commercial General Liability.
Sunday –Thursday $35/hr
No long term available on Friday or Saturday
Rental includes use of tables, chairs and the backyard area. Tables and chairs cannot be used outdoors.
If the event goes beyond scheduled hours, appropriate overtime will be billed according to applicable rates. The overtime rate shall be billed 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.
If alcohol is sold during the event, a permit from Alcohol Beverage Control is required and shall be posted during the event. No beer kegs allowed inside the hall.
When alcohol is served to more than 100-149 guests, a minimum of one security guard is required; when more than 150 guests than two (2) security guards are required. The guard is to be on duty during the time alcohol is first served and until hall clean up is done. Absolutely no alcohol is to be consumed in the front of the Grange Hall.
All live band music must be approved in advance.
