March 31, 2010 marks the 100th year that Orangevale Grange No. 354 has been actively serving it's community and members. Leading up to the activities that the Grange currently participates in, Granger's have traditionally helped to develop the town of "Orange Vale". This is the primary reason for the original organization of the Grange and remains the fundimental purpose for members of Orangevale Grange today.

SOLD OUT! ~ Members Celebration Dinner ~ SOLD OUT!
This "dinner" is being held to honor the Charter members of the Orangevale Grange. In 1910, "dinner" was actually served at what we now call lunchtime, so this Dinner will start at 1 pm. All current and past members are invited to attend but must RSVP. Those descendants of the first members of our Grange will be our guests by invitation. Community Birthday Party
We are inviting Orangevale to join us for a 1910 celebration startingat 11:00 am with the Toilet Bowl Challenge. Come and be our guest and help us celebrate our 100 year anniversary. Step back in time with us and have a grand adventure circa 1910, 1945 or 1960 - you choose. Don your favorite decades clothing and join us. Experience the past and take some of it home. Participate in old time crafts, food, quilting, vendors, needlecrafts, Grange Store selling handmade and homemade items, and the Toilet Bowl Challenge.

Toilet Bowl Challenge

Teams of three people will push a racer (commode) around a course. Prizes will be awarded for the winning racer by time, the most original racing commode and the most original mode of dress.
